I am sitting here watching the Wizards of Waverly Place and I can't stop giggling! This show cracks me up with its one-liners and crazy nonsense. I LOVE IT!

Its Been a While

So it has been a while since I've posted anything. Since July 22nd, a few things have happened.
1. I made it back from North Carolina safe and sound. I had a great time with the Sheppards. Krysta and Steven taught me how to do the Cotton Eye Joe Line dance!

2. I went to a soccer tournament. As many of you know, I dont watch or play soccer. This picture should sum up why I went:

3. I made new Friends at this Soccer Tournament. Amazing, I know. Veronica Ray has friends!

5. I got a job! I'm now a hostess at The Boundary House in Calabash, NC. Ken Vogel, who went around with me to apply for jobs, basically got me the job. He'd worked there for 3 years and "put in a good word." I like it alot already. Everyone is very nice, and I've already made some new friends.

6. I got my film developed! Yay for Film! Now I just need some more film to take more pictures. Here are some of my favorites from the collection:

North Carolina

Today I am headed to North Carolina with the Sheppard family! I still don't know exactly where in North Carolina we are going but that's ok with me. Just makes it more of an adventure!

Tan Lines

So I went to the beach yesterday with some kids. I was definitely one of the whitest when we got there. But by the end of the day I was all tan and hot! :) haha Mom don't read that part. But i have this tan line from my new bathing suit and I am going back to the beach today, but with a different bathing suit because the other one is dirty. Its going to be silly looking because its a different style bathing suit. Oh well :) I'll just get new tan lines hahaha

Driving.

So I drove Bethmom's car tonight to pick up the boys from ODPC. First of all Bethmom's Jeep is ALOT different than the VW and the Mazda I was driving in Minnesota. The gas is alot more sensitive and the steering is kinda funny. We were pulling out of the Wendy's parking lot after getting Frosties for everyone and Sweet Tea for me and I had to cross 4 lanes of traffic because I needed to be on the far left side of the road so I could turn left. At one point there was a gap and Bethmom yelled "Gun it!" but I couldnt do it! I chickened out. But the next one came and I was like Wham! made it all the way across and everyone in the car cheered. I was proud :)
Second of all, Going to ODPC was also an adventure. I think I saw 2 people I knew. One of them called me Victoria. I kinda recognized her. I don't know her name though. Heh. Muh Bad.
Don't you just hate that?! When someone knows you and then you don't know them. And then you feel bad because they took the time to know your name but you have no earthy idea what their is. I always feel bad and then I go out of my way to remember their name so it doesn't happen again.

Well.. My sweet tea is waiting for me. Adios.

Waking Up.

I do not enjoy when you plan on sleeping in really late and you wake up 2 1/2 hours early.

Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

Right now Facebook is being really stupid. So I decided to write a blog.

So I have had my tattoo for a week officially. Only one more week until I can actually go swimming and I cannot wait! I love swimming too too much. I probably planned the wrong time to get the tattoo but oh well :) I love it and I am willing to wait another week. I actually already have a pretty nice tan lines from the band aids we put on to keep it out of the sun. It's pretty funny to see.
